Is it solid silver?

Yes. After firing, the silver clay transforms into a solid piece of silver. During the process, the water and binder disappear, leaving only the metal.

The same occurs with pieces made from bronze clay.

Is it 925 silver?

No. Cchio silver pieces are made of 950 silver (sterling silver), composed of 95% pure silver.

950 silver contains a higher proportion of silver than 925 silver, making it a particularly prized material for handcrafted jewelry.

What is silver clay? And bronze clay?

Silver clay and bronze clay are composed of tiny particles of the metal, water, and a natural binder that allows them to be worked and shaped by hand like traditional clay.

Once the piece is finished, it is fired at a high temperature. During this process, the water and binder disappear, leaving only the metal, resulting in a solid piece of silver or bronze jewelry.

What does "One of a Kind" mean?

"One of a Kind" means "unique in its kind."

At Cchio, it refers to pieces that exist only once and will never be replicated. They are jewels born from a specific moment in the creative process, and once they find their owner, there will never be another like them.

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes.

In addition, some designs, such as signet rings with initials, are already designed to be personalized.

How do I find my ring size?

You can measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you well on the finger where you want to wear the new one.

Then, simply consult the size guide available below and find the corresponding size.

How do I clean it?

Over time, it's normal for silver to tarnish slightly and lose its shine. This is part of its natural process.

To clean it, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth or lukewarm water with a few drops of mild soap, always cleaning gently and avoiding, as much as possible, direct contact with the natural stones.

Afterward, dry the piece carefully with a soft cloth.

Can it get wet?

Yes, although it's advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to water, especially seawater, pool water, or chemicals.

To keep your piece in the best possible condition, it's best to remove it before bathing, swimming, or doing housework.

How will my order arrive?

Each order is carefully prepared and arrives gift-ready.

You will receive your jewelry in a box, along with a soft cloth pouch for storage and a cleaning cloth.

How long does shipping take?

Items in stock are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

If a piece of jewelry needs to be made especially for you, the preparation time is approximately 5 to 7 business days before shipping.

Is each piece different?

Yes.

All pieces are completely hand-modeled, so even within the same design, there may be slight variations in shapes or textures.

It is precisely these differences that allow each piece of jewelry to retain the mark of its own process.

Yes.

Each piece is designed, modeled, sanded, and polished entirely by hand, one by one, with careful attention to every stage of the process.

Yes.

Each natural stone is unique and retains the marks of its own formation. Its veins, tones, small inclusions, or nuances are part of its beauty and ensure that no two are exactly alike.

Can silver or bronze tarnish over time?

Yes, it's completely normal.

Silver or bronze can tarnish over time when it comes into contact with oxygen, humidity, or even the skin's own pH.

This doesn't mean the piece is damaged: it's part of its natural process, and it can be easily cleaned to restore its shine.

With your order, you'll receive a small fabric pouch designed specifically to store your jewelry when you're not wearing it.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Spain and the European Union.
