Shipping policy

Terms of Service

For orders within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the European Union, order processing takes 2-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take approximately 1-5 days. For shipments to the United States, order processing takes 2-7 business days, and delivery may take approximately 3-8 days. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery will be made in person. Shipping times and costs for orders to other EU countries will be shown on the payment screen.

The agreed-upon delivery times are subject to delays that may occur due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (storms, snow, road closures, strikes, administrative procedures or other actions by the Administration and/or Customs, delays by airlines and/or shipping companies, etc.).

CChio Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address.
• Failure to provide a contact telephone number.

Delays caused by the recipient's absence; change of address; unknown address; lack of name or contact information at private residences; additional charges or refunds; closure for holidays; late deliveries on the second attempt; and force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or other causes not attributable to the Company will not be considered a breach of the delivery deadline.
