Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order upon arrival, you have 15 calendar days to email us at info@cchiostudio.com to process a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must send the products to the address provided via email.

The products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. No refund will be issued until the product has been received and verified to be in good condition.

Personalized products are not eligible for return.
